1. Does Naqdi work without internet?

Yes, Naqdi works fully offline. You can sell, issue invoices, manage inventory, and run reports without any internet connection. Internet is only needed for license activation and sending invoices to the ZATCA Fatoora platform if you enable e-invoicing.

2. What happens after the 2-day free trial?

After the trial ends, the app locks and you'll need to purchase a lifetime license to continue. All your data is saved — nothing gets deleted. Once you activate your license, everything unlocks exactly where you left off.

3. Can I use Naqdi on multiple devices?

Each license is for one device. If you need Naqdi on two devices (for example a Windows computer and an Android tablet), you'll need two licenses. Both devices can sync data between them over your local WiFi network — no server or extra fees required.

4. What if I change my device or reset it?

Contact us at info@asassearch.com with your license key. We can transfer your license to your new device. Your data can be restored from a local backup that you create through Settings → Backup.

5. Can I get a refund?

Before license activation: full refund within 7 days of purchase. After license activation: no refund, as the digital product has been used. This is in accordance with Saudi E-Commerce Law. If the software has a critical defect that prevents normal use, you are entitled to a full refund at any time. That's why we offer a free 2-day trial — so you can test everything before you buy.
