Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Asas Albahth Commercial Limited Company ("AAC", "we", "us") handles privacy in connection with the ASAS Social Manager application (the "App"). The App is an internal tool used by AAC teams to manage, schedule, and post content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat.
We Do Not Collect Personal Information from Visitors
We do not ask website visitors to register, sign up, or submit personal information through this website. We do not run forms, surveys, or tracking that gather personal information from visitors for marketing or profiling purposes.
Standard Server Logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically generate standard technical access logs when a page is requested (for example, IP address, browser type, and the URL requested). These logs are used only for the secure and reliable operation of the website and are retained for a limited period in accordance with the hosting provider's standard practices. They are not used to build profiles of visitors or for marketing.
ASAS Social Manager and Social Media Integration
ASAS Social Manager uses OAuth authentication to connect AAC's social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat). When authorized, the App receives access tokens that allow it to post content on AAC's behalf. These access tokens are stored securely and used only to publish content that AAC teams create and schedule within the App. The App does not access personal data or share account information with third parties. The App's use of platform APIs complies with the terms of service of each platform, including TikTok Developer Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, X Developer Agreement, and other platforms' terms.
WhatsApp Communications
When you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and the content of the messages you send us through the WhatsApp Business Platform, which is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
We use this information only to answer your questions and provide support about our products and services, including Jabr (jabrhq.com). Replies may be generated automatically by an artificial intelligence assistant, and a member of our team may review the conversation or reply to you directly at any time.
We do not sell your WhatsApp information, and we do not use the content of your messages for advertising. Your messages are also handled by Meta according to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
To answer your messages, we use trusted service providers that process them on our behalf, including Meta Platforms, Inc. for the WhatsApp Business Platform, our cloud hosting provider, and artificial intelligence model providers. Our cloud servers are located in Qatar, and AI providers may process messages in other countries. These providers may access message content only as needed to provide services to us and are subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations. This means your WhatsApp data may be transferred outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with transfers handled in accordance with applicable Saudi Personal Data Protection Law requirements.
We handle your personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your WhatsApp data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of data by contacting us. You may also submit a complaint to the competent Saudi authority.
We keep WhatsApp conversations only as long as needed to support you, and no longer than 12 months, after which they are deleted.
You can ask us to delete your WhatsApp conversation data at any time by sending the word "delete" in the chat, or by emailing info@asassearch.com. We will complete the deletion within 30 days. More details are on our Data Deletion page.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell information. The limited technical information described above may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers solely for the purpose of operating the website, under standard contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AAC or others.
Data Deletion Requests
If you believe AAC holds personal information about you and you would like it removed, you can submit a request by following the steps on our Data Deletion page or by contacting us using the details below.
