About ASAS Social Manager

ASAS Social Manager is an internal tool operated by Asas Albahth Commercial Limited Company ("AAC"). It is used by AAC teams to manage, schedule, and post content to AAC's social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat. The App connects to AAC's accounts via OAuth and allows teams to create and schedule content that is published to those accounts.

Use of ASAS Social Manager

ASAS Social Manager is for authorized AAC team members only. Users agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and AAC's internal policies. Users may not use the App in any way that damages or impairs it, or that violates the terms of any connected social media platform. Users are responsible for ensuring the content they schedule complies with platform terms and guidelines.

Account Authentication

ASAS Social Manager connects to AAC's social media accounts via OAuth. Authorized team members access the App through AAC's authentication system. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Content Posted

AAC teams are responsible for the content they schedule and post through ASAS Social Manager. All content must comply with each platform's terms and community guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, images, and design, is owned by AAC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of this content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Platform Integration

ASAS Social Manager uses official platform APIs to post AAC's content. Access tokens are encrypted and stored securely, used only for posting content that AAC teams create and schedule in the App. The App complies with TikTok Developer Terms, Meta Platform Terms, X Developer Agreement, YouTube Terms, Instagram Terms, and Snapchat Terms.

Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. Use of those services is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website, or to any account on the website, at our discretion if these Terms are breached or as otherwise required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our website.
