Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Asas Albahth Commercial Limited Company ("AAC", "we", "us") handles privacy in connection with the ASAS Social Manager application (the "App"). The App is an internal tool used by AAC teams to manage, schedule, and post content across multiple social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat.
We Do Not Collect Personal Information from Visitors
We do not ask website visitors to register, sign up, or submit personal information through this website. We do not run forms, surveys, or tracking that gather personal information from visitors for marketing or profiling purposes.
Standard Server Logs
Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider may automatically generate standard technical access logs when a page is requested (for example, IP address, browser type, and the URL requested). These logs are used only for the secure and reliable operation of the website and are retained for a limited period in accordance with the hosting provider's standard practices. They are not used to build profiles of visitors or for marketing.
ASAS Social Manager and Social Media Integration
ASAS Social Manager uses OAuth authentication to connect AAC's social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, and Snapchat). When authorized, the App receives access tokens that allow it to post content on AAC's behalf. These access tokens are stored securely and used only to publish content that AAC teams create and schedule within the App. The App does not access personal data or share account information with third parties. The App's use of platform APIs complies with the terms of service of each platform, including TikTok Developer Terms of Service, Meta Platform Terms, X Developer Agreement, and other platforms' terms.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell information. The limited technical information described above may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers solely for the purpose of operating the website, under standard contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AAC or others.
Data Deletion Requests
If you believe AAC holds personal information about you and you would like it removed, you can submit a request by following the steps on our Data Deletion page or by contacting us using the details below.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information described in this policy, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
